Monogramming and Personalize Goods:

  • What is the turnaround time for monogramming?  Our monogramming turnaround time is typically 1-2 weeks upon date of payment - but most times, it is much sooner than that!
  • What is the cost to monogram an item?  $8 per piece

Holding Items and Layaway:

  • Can you put an item on hold for me?  Unfortunately, our inventory is on a first come, first serve basis. If we are unable to provide you with a size or item you need, we are happy to make recommendations of where to find it!

Shipping and Freight:

  • How much does shipping cost?  All orders that are shipped costs $5.00 per order in order to cover the packaging and postage.  All orders with the total value, pre-tax, over $100 and the shipping is FREE!.  
  • How are my orders shipped?  All orders are processed within 24-48 Hours of purchase and shipped via the major carriers such as USPS or UPS. 

Return Policy

  • We will gladly accept returns for store credit postmarked within 10 days of the delivery date of any online purchase and within 10 days of purchase date of any in store purchase.
  • We do not offer any refunds at this time.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping cost. We strongly recommend shipping back via a trackable shipping method.
  • Returned items must be in original condition, with tags attached. This includes unworn, free of smoke, pet hair and any odors.
  • The following items are NOT eligible for returns:
    • Books & Toys
    • Jewelry
    • Eat Ware & Teethers
    • Hats & Hair Accessories
    • Socks & Tights
  • All SPECIAL ORDERS, CLEARANCE ITEMS, and SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE and orders cannot be returned, edited, cancelled, or refunded after they are placed.
  • We do not offer price adjustments or price matching.
